Hi everyone, I hope you are having a great Saturday! Can I please ask you to share this post with your network?

I am offering my Mindfulness Meditation Program, commencing 3 January 2026 🙏

The first session will run for 60 minutes and the remaining 5 weeks will run for 30 minutes. We will meet every week.

I will be sharing different types of mindfulness meditation styles so you can find which one suits you best. Why should you join?

1. Meditation will benefit both your mental and physical health by helping to reduce stress, improve emotional regulation and increase your self-awareness;

2. It can also lead to physical improvements like lowering your blood pressure and heart rate; and

3. It can also help you get better sleep and a stronger immune system.

Overall, meditation helps us to better manage stress and enhances focus and wellbeing.

Happy Saturday, can’t believe we have hit November!

Embracing a healthy lifestyle does not have to be hard. It’s about making small changes, consistency and being kind to yourself. Acknowledging that every day is different and as long as you are trying that is what matters.

The basic principles of a healthy lifestyle are: a balanced diet, regular exercise, sleep, hydration, stress management, social connections and avoiding harmful habits.

Think big picture - small changes, BIG results.

Happy Monday!

The six stages of change are:

1. pre-contemplation (no intention to change)
2. contemplation (thinking about changing)
3. preparation (planning to change)
4. action (making the change) - this is me!
5. maintenance (keeping the change)
6. relapse (a temporary return to the old behavior)

Where are you?

I am starting my mind, body and soul reset today and I am excited! It’s been a while since I have felt myself. I think the last thing was breaking my foot which has contributed to me now feeling very sluggish and a long way from where I want to be!

I am currently recovering from a broken foot so have had lots of time to reflect which always makes me realise how grateful I am for my life ❤️
