At Specialty Funerals we often receive requests to use our hearses for events, television or movies.

We supplied one of our hearses a Black Ford LTD to be featured in the latest Australian film 'Strange Creatures' filmed at various locations in Melbourne & Country Victoria.

The plot revolves around two estranged brothers forced back into each others lives after their mothers recent sudden death. They embark on a road trip in a Black Hearse to scatter her ashes in the country town where she grew up.

A heartfelt story confronting real life issues which many of us may face when a loved one passes. Issues such as mental health, sibling rivalry, conflict and dysfunctional families. Families trying to get along while making sense of the death and moving on.

Last Sunday we attended the American Motoring Show in Melbourne as part of the Cadillac LaSalle Club Of Victoria display.

There was over 600 American made classic cars, trucks and hotrods on show.
Our 1964 Cadillac Hearse was awarded the best commercial vehicle of the day.

Thanks to the AOMC Inc. Association of Motoring Clubs for organising a great day.
