Healthy skin is always the goal.

This gorgeous client’s test results revealed her skin concerns were driven by various hormonal imbalances - raised insulin, testosterone and oestrogen.

With her full commitment to the plan, we were able to see a full resolution of her skin concerns, which we also saw reflected on her most recent hormone results with all hormones now within a healthy range.

Alongside the internal work, this client worked with the wonderful team at The Functional Skin Studio to support her topically with clinic treatments and skincare tailored to her.

Yet your protein source of choice only contains 22g, here’s the simple way to increase this.

Add a range of different foods to your meal 👏🏼👏🏼

You see, we don’t necessarily see things like legumes, rice, nuts, seeds and think of protein. And on their own, they aren’t going to be enough to reach that target.

But together, these food sources add up to help you reach your protein requirements. You don’t have to be focusing on foods in isolation (chicken = protein, brown rice = carbs), rather we want to consider the full meal / full day / full week of eating!
