This healing art has transformed my life, becoming both a daily practise and a source of deep connection. For over 22 years, I’ve been blessed to share Reiki with others—a journey that continues to enrich and humble me.

Reiki is a channel of pure, unconditional love—universal life force energy that transforms, activates, renews, and restores. It is the essence of all that is—light and love—free from judgment or limitation, and available to all.

Through hands-on healing, Reiki brings balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Gentle yet powerful, it helps return us to our natural, divine state of being.

Stretching your comfort zone can be scary, as I found out when we went swimming with the whale sharks in Exmouth W.A.

Whale sharks are the largest fish in the ocean, the adolescent one we were blessed to meet was 6 meter in length and truly majestic.

The healing gift and message I received from this creature was self-acceptance, to which I am eternally grateful.

Make a commitment to try something new this year, you may just like it!

Hands on Healing is a form of Self-Care

Reiki is an awe-inspiring modality that can be utilised to support the mind, body and spirit.
Reiki links into the unlimited universal life force energy. It is accessible anytime and anywhere.

The essence of Reiki has many names such as universal life force, universal energy, spiritual energy, chi, qi, light, creator energy, christ consciousness, source, unconditional love, divinity.

Reiki has been instrumental in my life. The greatest gift I have discovered from practising reiki for over 21 years now, is self-love.

Reiki for self is the gift that keeps giving, it has assisted me to overcome many challenging times and to rise above.

If you are interested in learning or re-visiting this remarkable healing modality, I am facilitating a Reiki Level One course in February. Learn core teachings for healing of self, friends and family.
Dates: Sat 22nd & Sun 23rd of February
Time: 10-4.30pm both days
Cost: $450
Location: Montrose
Certificate of attainment, approved lineage and manual included.

The second degree is called Okuden, which is about learning inner and advanced teachings for paying clients and learning the ability and awareness to do distant healings.

Prerequisite: Reiki Level One
Outline: Revisit, expand on your knowledge & understanding
of the healing modality Reiki. We shall be drawing upon the teachings of Sensei Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki.
