We’re shining a big Blue Mind light on the incredible volunteers from the Father Bob Foundation 💙

This local crew has been serving our community with heart for decades — delivering meals, compassion, and hope to those doing it tough. Now, thanks to our generous sponsors and Pay It Forward legends, they get a day to receive.

In this all-levels Ocean Flow session, Blue Mind Wellness Day co-founder Justine Davis invites you to drop into a gentle, breath-led practice inspired by the ocean — steady, spacious, and deeply grounding.

You’ll move in waves — soft and strong — creating a shared flow in the room that reflects the natural ease and power of water. There’s no pressure to perform, just an invitation to feel, breathe, and move at your own pace.

Rooted in Blue Mind Theory, this practice draws on the science of how water calms the brain and body — helping us shift from stress to flow, from effort to ease.

What happens when you bring locals, stories, and shared passions together in one open-hearted space? You create connection — and that’s exactly what this hub is all about.

Heather Cunsolo is a local bay swimmer, yogi, architect, mum, and Councillor for the City of Port Phillip — formerly serving as Mayor. She’s deeply rooted in this community, and her values ripple through everything she does: coast, connection, kindness, and inclusion.

From 12:00 to 2:30pm, Heather will be hosting our Social Connection Hub — a welcoming, low-key space where local groups and clubs will gather to share what they do and invite new people in. Whether you’re new to the area or just curious about what’s happening in your backyard, this is your chance to meet, mingle, and discover.

✨ It’s relaxed. It’s real. And it’s a beautiful way to feel a little more at home.
