Rise Together returns this February.

Brigid shared that what she loved most about Rise Together was the calm, the ease, and the beautiful, supportive vibe that naturally unfolded when everyone showed up together.

That’s really the heart of this offering.

Rise Together runs from 1 February to 1 March.
For the month, you’re welcome to move gently and consistently, with daily Sunrise Yoga by the sea and the quiet strength that comes from practicing in community. One simple pass, one steady rhythm.

It’s not about doing more.
It’s about returning — to breath, to routine, to a softer way of starting the day.

Start the year the way you want to live it. 🌅

This was this morning — Yacht Club Yoga’s very first sunrise practice of 2026. Golden light spilling across the bay, mats on the deck, slow breaths, soft movement… and yes, sunglasses on, because the future is already looking bright. 😎✨

No big declarations. Just an easy beginning, shared at first light, letting the ocean lead the way.
Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts and sleepy smiles — here we go.

Come practise yoga overlooking the bay.
Where the rhythm of the waves becomes part of the practice, breath naturally slows, and the nervous system settles without effort.

There’s something profoundly regulating about moving together as the sun rises — listening to the waves roll in, breathing the sea air, and sharing that quiet moment with a like-minded community. Science calls it Blue Mind. We feel it as calm, connection, and coming home.

Yoga by the water isn’t just beautiful — it works deeper. 🌊

We begin with a reduced holiday schedule from 5 January, with our full timetable returning from 12 January.
We’d love to see you back on the bay.
