At MRT, we believe a successful onboard of a clinician can take up to 90 days! Yep, 90 days!
I spoken to two of our clinical legends last week and asked them “what helped you the most to transition to our team? and “how did this onboard be so successful?”
This is what they said;
1. Induction Day
2. 0 - 4 week observation / shadowing period
3. Clinical supervision (60 Minutes Weekly)
4. Resources and learning modules
5. “Ideal week”
Other items mentioned:
1. Non clinical day - Coworking day (1 x per month)
2. Freuqent face to face catch ups / FaceTime catch ups
3. Communication between the team
4. Full admin support
5. Learning opportunities
