Treasure Chest Quest: A Creative Wellbeing Workshop

In this reflective and playful workshop you will create your own Treasure Chest. Using symbols, mixed media and collage, you will acknowledge your inner and outer resources, and celebrate what supports you in a visual and vibrant way.

No artistic experience is required — just an open heart and curiosity to see what treasures you already hold within and around you.

Date: Tuesday, 9th December
Time: 1pm to 3.30pm
Cost: $25 per session + $10 Fiends of the House - all new participants

Wellness Creative Workshop HEART MEDICINE - Melbourne Cup Day!

Wellness Creative Workshops offer a playful, creative experience which may promote self-awareness and healing through metaphor, symbols and creatively using your hands.

In this workshop, you will be guided through a meditation to meet your wisest self – a compassionate inner presence who will offer you a symbolic “medicine” or “tonic” for the tender places in your heart.

Following the meditation, you’ll have the opportunity to explore and express your experience using clay and mixed materials, creating a personal representation of your “heart medicine.”
No artistic experience is needed – just a curiosity and willingness to explore.

Date: Tuesday, 4th of November - “Melbourne Cup Day”
Time: 1pm to 3.30pm
