Making sense of your experience can be really difficult if you dont have a point of refference. Sometimes you need somebody to jump into your body and and just tell you whats what or translate into something that makes a little more sense.

I had a beautiful soul session with an amazing muma and non verbal autistic child.
I felt so compelled to share part of our experience (with their permission of course) as i found it so insightful to experience a snippet of their reality and blessed to be able to translate it.
Muma and i agreed that life could be so different for them if people understood them as the incredibly intellegent individuals they are rather than judgement of how they present.
What if there was a bridge between worlds? Between bodies? Between brains? Between life experiences?
What if i can be that bridge for others?

Leveling up from kitchen dance parties to moving meditation waves has been a game changer for me, especially as part of my daily practise.
The shifts, insights and level of joy I have embodied has been profound and watching it ripple throughout my life has been seriously cool to witness.
Its one of those things you just have to feel for yourself.

Most days I create a playlist based on the , tune out, turn in and move with my body mind.
