We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and reliable Business Support Officer to join our growing clinic team!

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, administration, staff coordination, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

✨ About the Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day clinic operations, staff compliance, administration, and communication across the business.

Key responsibilities include:
✔️ Clinic administration & operational support
✔️ Staff onboarding & compliance management
✔️ Maintaining NDIS compliance requirements
✔️ Rostering & workforce coordination support
✔️ Incident reporting & documentation
✔️ Reception and customer service support
✔️ Supporting management with audits and reporting
✔️ Maintaining participant and staff records

✨ About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised with strong time management
• Professional, proactive, and reliable
• Confident communicating with staff, families, and stakeholders
• Experienced in administration/business support
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office & online systems
• Experienced within the NDIS sector and Xero (highly regarded)

📋 Essential Requirements
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• WWCC
• First Aid & CPR
• Victorian Driver’s Licence
• National Police Check
• Experience with Xero
• Experience within the NDIS sector

💰 Pay starting from $32.90 per hour
📍 In-person role
