Little bit about our practice..

Hi and welcome to Natura!

I am a massage therapist and a quantum therapy practitioner. I am excited to re-open in a new location, our beautiful Cockatoo town.

Being a mother myself, often used to ‘juggling beads covered in colorful fabric’ (my daughter tells me, it’s too metaphoric mum, just say juggling balls!), wearing different hats in one day, I appreciate there is an increased necessity in self-care, I’d like to be part of the solution and be of support in our community.

I enjoy helping others with a range of different massage techniques and vibrational/quantum therapies, incorporating holistic energy systems like reiki, crystals, sound and aromatherapy, to accelerate natural healing or just simply to unwind and feel much better than when you first walked in.

The massage modalities to help you achieve your goal, whether it’s to reduce a muscle tension, to increase joint mobility, to stimulate lymphatic system or to increase the levels of ‘happy’ hormones and just simply switch off and relax and have that valuable time for yourself include:

* How does reiki work? I say beautifully!

There are many wonderful benefits of reiki. Energy healing is a very simple process, but usually produces quite profound effects. Some come to reiki to help with their energy levels, managing the stress of daily life or when facing with transitions. Others will come to grow and experience a greater sense of being, through ‘peeling of layers’ at many levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Many benefit from reiki (including those of the animal world) as the energy healing is also a wonderful aid in pain management and recovery.

Many of my clients are well and want to stay that way, therefore vibrational therapy like reiki, crystals, sounds and aroma aid them to maintain that harmony so they can respond to the life’s lessons differently. The great thing about these metaphysical modalities is that one does not have to be unwell to experience the benefits.

I’m exited to work with women who are in need of pampering, restoring that very much needed inner peace and balance, while helping them in achieving optimal health goals towards a stress-free life.
