I've had 8 years experience as an Osteopath and have done post graduate training focusing on treating pre/postnatal women and paediatrics. There are 3 conversations I find myself having over and over again with clients
- Pregnancy does not equal pain
- Waking up in the morning, or going to bed at night with pain or discomfort is not ok
- You can’t be the best version of yourself if you’re body is not at its best
