1️⃣ “NUTRIENTS IS THE LANGUAGE OF OUR CELLS”
It’s only a matter of time till the bloating begins, the breakouts are never ending and your energy is worse than a new mothers.

🔴👉🏼INSTEAD: try a whole foods breakfast with whole source animal proteins, fats and complex carbohydrates. Eg egg and potato omelette with a side of either some steak or salmon, kraut and some leafy greens. 👉🏼Watch your energy, clarity, mood and digestion skyrocket 🚀

2️⃣ Training more than you can recover from is preventing progress.

🔴👉🏼 INSTEAD: train as much as you can recover from focusing on perfecting your form so you can train with intensity. This is where building shape happens!

3️⃣ The OCP prevents your hormones from functioning how they should. It’s a simple bandaid that doesn’t actually solve the root problem.

🔴👉🏼INSTEAD: focus on a holistic lense of hormonal balance through nutrition, movement, decreasing environmental toxic load and other lifestyle habits. This is natures way to solving the bloat, improving mood, skin health and improving body composition.

🔴👉🏼INSTEAD: learn to nurture and nourish your body with food so that you eliminate cravings. Get out of that deficit and focus on how much more efficient your body gets when you’re eating enough of the right foods.

Did I mention I lost 8kg faster than I did following a comp prep eating air, cutting fats, losing my period and training 6 days a week + cardio 🥲 yep.
But “eat less and move more, right?”
I know for a fact, my health would be in a very different place today if I didn’t change my standards for my health.
Yours will be too if you don’t make that decision for yourself today.
It’s not now or never, and it’s never too late…
BUT…
It would be better starting something you wouldn’t regret yesterday than it would be starting tomorrow.

I’m not sorry 😇

Because what I tell you next has the potential to make you the most consistent bi*** ever.

Let’s start with the truth.

If you’re not being consistent with the habits that will get you from a - b.. you don’t value them enough.

On a deeper level. This is what that means.

That habit or habits, simple don’t trigger a response in you, regardless of if you love doing them, like doing them or have zero feelings towards them.. that make you prioritise them over other things.

👉🏼You struggle to show up to the gym because you’re energy sucks so you get stuck in a scroll hole and excuse it with “needing rest”

👉🏼You make poor food choices and blame food as the problem when we all know it’s actually you

👉🏼You skip your morning walk that you’d actually love to do.. cue “I wish I was a morning person” but you’re too busy getting to bed after 10, looking at blue light all day, dehydrated af so of course, wake up tired..

You do allll those things because health isn’t a top priority ✨value✨ of yours.

🔴So what are you valuing instead? Pleasure perhaps? Because we know scrolling, eating low quality food and sitting your a$$ on the couch after a long day gives you a nice phat temporary dopamine rush that makes you feeeel good.

And the truth of that hurts your ego because you think “well of course I value my health!!” But do you? Do you really?

Didn’t you say to your boyfriend, fiance, husband, your ex… “words mean nothing! Show me through your actions”

Hmmm.. what I thought! 🤔

So sis.

When are you going to do the same?

You’d probably see this photo thinking this client has been in a fat loss phase.

Maybe even training 5 days a week, doing cardio and eating less.

But the reality is that she isn’t doing any of that.

She’s weight training 3-4 days a week, eating the most she has on a ‘program’ ever and she’s doing it all while being the BUSIEST in her life hustling away on her business, working, renovating and just in general being a boss woman 👑✨

Our first phase together is all about building a fast metabolism, a base foundation of strength and muscle and solidifying lifestyle habits that she’ll sustain through every season of her life.

If this is what she’s done now, in 12 weeks, eating more and building solid foundations - imagine when we intentionally place her in a fat loss phase 👀

Incredible things happen when you put your health first, trust the process and build a lifestyle ✨
