An Enjoyable Day at Crown 👑

Alongside our participant, we spent a delightful day exploring Crown. We strolled through the entertainment complex and enjoyed lunch by the Yarra.

Rest assured, gambling was not part of our itinerary, but our friend thoroughly enjoyed being in such a vibrant community space, which was easily accessible for a pleasant walk and visit. ✨ The highlight of the day was definitely the water fountain area.

Exciting Announcement 🎉 We are absolutely delighted to introduce Top Grade Care’s new Supported Independent Living (SIL) Home!

SIL offers our participants the chance to live independently in a safe environment, without relying solely on family members. This experience empowers our friends to develop new skills and gain independence, all while having trained professionals available 24/7 for assistance and guidance. Our dedicated staff ensures that tasks are completed, medication is taken correctly, personal hygiene is maintained, and nutritious meals are provided, among many other essential supports.
