As we approach the end of Alzheimer's Disease International's World Alzheimer's Month, letโ€™s talk about one of the most overlooked challenges in dementia caregiving: incontinence.

Caring for someone with dementia often means navigating complex emotional and physical needs - including continence care. The team at NARI have developed a powerful FREE resource to help carers manage this with dignity, compassion and confidence.

Letโ€™s break the silence, support carers and ensure that every person living with dementia is treated with respect.

Researchers at the National Ageing Research Institute (NARI) have designed and evaluated a free Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) to support carers of people living with dementia and continence care needs.

National Research Administrator Day is celebrated annually on September 25 to recognise the many contributions administrators make every day in supporting the mission of universities and research institutions.

โ“ But what is a Research Administrator โ“

A Research Administrator is a professional who provides essential support to researchers by managing the complex processes involved in obtaining. conducting and promoting research projects. They are critical to the successful ex*****on of research by ensuring that projects are well-supported, financially sound, and compliant with all requirements.

Today, and everyday, NARI would like to thank our amazing Research Administrators for moving our work forward and 'bringing research to life'!
