Working with and loving people (or being one of them) with expansive thoughts, intrusive thoughts or just a busy brain, this is something I say often 💭 in my line of work we can reduce the brains levels of expansive thoughts via addressing biochemistry (think reducing toxic load, improving mineral status etc)- I’ve seen these changes time and time again but say sometimes we only get 80% of the way there for example, then we say this ^^ it’s only fair right? 💭
