Working with and loving people (or being one of them) with expansive thoughts, intrusive thoughts or just a busy brain, this is something I say often 💭 in my line of work we can reduce the brains levels of expansive thoughts via addressing biochemistry (think reducing toxic load, improving mineral status etc)- I’ve seen these changes time and time again but say sometimes we only get 80% of the way there for example, then we say this ^^ it’s only fair right? 💭

There is nothing quite like a bitter vegetable to prep your digestive function for a meal. Yes we can get the same effect with some herbs or supplements, but nothing like actually eating the whole food. FOOD IS MEDICINE. Some things I love munching on before a meal are radish, rocket, an endive leaf or radicchio 🥬 try it and see if you notice less bloating, regular bowel motions or more nutrient absorption

That doesn’t make you lazy or a failure.

Going into 2026 feeling much more regulated, strong, and resilient than ever before (well before having kids anyways!!) 💪🏻 I think some of that is relative to not having little tiny humans anymore but it’s also the small shifts and tiny habits which add up. It’s about knowing what is worth my time and energy and makes the difference for me as an individual. Here are a few very easy, but very effective little additions you could try on your Christmas table this year 🎄⭐️🎄
1-2: Fruit wreath with grapes, berries and florals. As you can see, children can easily make this one 🍇

3-4: Christmas cookies cutter cheese slice. I think filled it with jam and used the cut out on a dip 🌲

5-6: Pita bread cut into star shapes and crisped up in the oven. I popped some olive oil, salt and herbs on top. These are great to use on platter with dips ⭐️ #
