: Victoria recorded 13 local cases of COVID-19 from 49,454 tests in the past 24 hours to midnight.

We learned about four during yesterday's press conference, meaning nine of these cases are new.

Of today's new cases, 12 are linked to known outbreaks, with the remaining case under investigation.
