The next generation is in desperate need of the correct influence, teaching them the correct morals and values to live a happy, productive and prosperous lives.
To be humble but also to have the emotional resilience and drive to able to strive to be the best.

This means we need to lead by example, what you do infront of your kids will affect them in the long run so its your duty to give them the proper influence. Get them involved in activities like sport or martial arts, they will learn leadership, self accountability, emotional resilience, team work and of course they stay fit.

Get them to read educational books for knowledge. Teach them about money (if you are unsure on this topic, the game monopoly is a start).
There are many ways to kickstart your childs learning and physical development, but it start with YOU!

It’s great to have a plan but what happens when life throws obstacles.

Sometimes things have to get done at the most inconvenient times e.g
- working out at 12am or
- you need to be at work super early and don’t get to train in the morning so you gotta smash out 2 workouts in the arvo or
- you travel a lot for work and there is no such thing as a plan/schedule

H**p protein contains extremely high amounts of Omega 3, 6 and 9 essential fatty acids. They are called ‘Essential’ because these are the nutrients our body doesn’t make so we need to obtain them from healthy food.

These essential fatty acids help to maintain good cardiovascular health. They protect the heart, help to maintain lean body mass, and maintain brain function.

H**P protein has a healthy 3:1 ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3 fatty acids, in plain terms this has said to be the most ideal ratio for our bodies, compared to 20:1 of omega 6 to omega 3 in the modern western diet essentially causing longterm major illnesses.

Omega 6 combined with Omega-3 at a 3:1 ratio, help to support healthy cholesterol levels, immune system function, and assists in regulating your metabolism.

Studies have shown Omega-3 is found to be linked to preventing heart disease and stroke, can help control lupus, eczema and rheumatoid arthritis.
It has also been found to play in protective roles against cancers.

H**p is also one of few plant proteins that naturally produce Omega-3.

Omega-3 fats lower blood pressure and heart rate, improve blood vessel function, and, at higher doses, lower triglycerides, decreases inflammation and prevents atherosclerosis (the harding of the arteries)

Before we dive into our awesome ingredients list, we thought we’d give you a quick blurb into how H**p Me Up was born.
At HMU we have a dream and passion to help people.
Looking at our own nutritional value we realised we couldn’t find many protein powders on the market that were Australian made and with high quality ingredients. An all Australian product, with Australian ingrediants that is manufactured in Aus was hard to find...hence HMU was born.
All our products are manufactured right here in Victoria, Australia! We took our time making sure we could find the right manufacturer for us. We wanted to formulate a product that was highly nutritious and would support your body in every way possible.
