for knee pain 🤸🏻‍♀️

Pain around your knee can be caused by several factors, including pressure, physical movement or the lack of movement.

Here's a simple way to release the pain yourself at home:

✅ Grab a towel and roll it up
✅ Place it under the painful knee and add slowly weight to it. Be careful though, listen to your body
✅ Repeat it few times
✅ After that, grab a foam roller and work through the muscles around your knee: itb band, hamstrings and quads.
✅ Repeat it few times

✨Elbow is not a simple joint.
It lets you lift, throw, swing, hug and much more.

✨Overusing and/or putting repeated pressure on the tendons around your elbow can overload those tissues and cause pain around the elbow, especially when using your hand and wrist.

✨You might feel the pain in different ways:
✶Dull aching when at rest
✶Pain when making a fist
✶Pain when opening the fingers
✶Soreness around the elbow bump
✶Weak grip
✶Pain when stretching out your arm

✨Different causes of elbow pain require different treatment options.

✨If the pain has persisted for longer than a week and you can't pinpoint any actual injury that might have caused it, then it would be a good idea to come and check it out.

✨We perform various tests to figure out what causes the pain and treat it accordingly. We might use techniques like stripping, dry needling and trigger points.
