Sheria brings an engaging, down-to-earth approach to Pilates, shaped by a strong academic foundation and years of hands-on experience in the wellness industry.
She holds a Bachelor in Dance Science from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, where she was part of the first cohort globally to complete this specialist degree. Her dance background adds creativity, musicality, and body awareness to her teaching, making her a great fit for the Thursday night youth class. Her education gives her a deep understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and responds to training - knowledge she shares in a relatable, practical way.
Sheria began her career as a personal trainer before expanding into Pilates, yoga, and meditation while teaching internationally. She has worked in fast-paced environments such as commercial gyms in London and cruise ships in the Caribbean as well as delivering movement and wellbeing sessions in underprivileged communities in Borneo. These experiences shaped a teaching style that is conversational, encouraging and grounded in real-life movement rather than perfection.
She enjoys making sessions human and accessible, using clear explanations, humour and shared experience to help clients feel at ease and confident in their bodies 🥰
