We are seeking a high-skill, autism-affirming Support Worker to assist a participant in Abbotsford, VIC with a mix of daily living support, routines, community access and light admin tasks.

📌 Hours: 25–30 hours per week (long-term role)
📌 Hybrid: In-home support + remote admin
📌 Tasks include: daily routines, ARFID-safe meal prep, light housework, companionship, community outings, appointment organisation, and simple tech support
📌 Preferred qualities: calm, reliable, detail-focused, and confident with written communication
