* Most participants won’t see changes straight away
* ✅ You don’t need to do anything now
* 📋 You can continue using your current plan & supports

Gencare Disability Services is urgently seeking immediate accommodation for a participant requiring stable housing.

We are currently looking for:

• 1 or 2 bedroom property
• Rental or head lease opportunity
• Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)
• Emergency or short-term housing

📍 Preferred Locations – Melbourne North:
Preston, VIC 3072
Reservoir, VIC 3073
Epping, VIC 3076

(We may consider nearby surrounding suburbs if suitable.)

All supports are already in place, and we are ready to secure a suitable property for rent immediately.
