Urgent SDA Accommodation Needed – Richmond / Tweed Heads QLD

Hello everyone,

We are urgently seeking Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for a participant in the Richmond / Tweed Heads area, QLD.

Participant details:

• Male, early 40s
• Primary diagnosis: Severe Intellectual Disability (Dravet Syndrome)
• Currently living in Medium Term Accommodation (MTA), ending second week of April
• Cannot live with other residents; requires a single-occupancy home
• Currently 1:2 funding, review submitted for 1:1 support
• Participant will bring his own SIL supports

We are looking for an SDA property suitable for one resident, ideally house / villa / duplex near Richmond or Tweed Heads.

We are currently looking for:

• 1 or 2 bedroom property
• Rental or head lease opportunity
• Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)
• Emergency or short-term housing

📍 Preferred Locations – Melbourne North:
Preston, VIC 3072
Reservoir, VIC 3073
Epping, VIC 3076

(We may consider nearby surrounding suburbs if suitable.)

All supports are already in place, and we are ready to secure a suitable property for rent immediately.
