We are introducing a new activity to help people improve their fingerspelling skills.

Look at the fingerspelling on the board and see if you can work out the word being spelled.

✋ Write what you think the word is in the comments below.

This is a simple way to practice reading fingerspelling and improve your receptive skills when learning Auslan.

La SODA Auslan Support is excited to announce our 6-week Auslan program, designed for beginners who want to start communicating with the Deaf community and learn real, everyday signs in a fun and supportive environment.

📅 Classes available: Tuesday nights and Friday nights
⏰ Time: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
💻 Delivered live on Zoom so you can join from the comfort of your own home.

This program is perfect for:
• Families with Deaf members
• Parents and carers
• Teachers and support workers
• Anyone wanting to learn Auslan and connect with the Deaf community
