All Care Plus is seeking experienced female support workers for an immediate start.
Locations: Ringwood, Blackburn and Dingley Village.

✅ Immediate Start Available
✅ Permanent Shifts
✅ Pay Rates: $43 p/h base rate (including penalties and loadings)

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Provide 1:1 support in line with the participant’s individual care plans
🔹 Encourage skill-building, independence, and personal development
🔹 Collaborate with the participant’s care team to ensure consistent, high-quality support
🔹 Maintain strong relationships with families, care teams, and external providers

Requirements
🔹 Experience with personal care (highly regarded)
🔹 Strong English communication skills
🔹 Reliable, professional, and client-focused

Mandatory Compliance Requirements
🔸 100 Points of ID
🔸 First Aid & CPR Certification
🔸 Working with Children Check (WWCC)
🔸 NDIS Worker Screening Check
🔸 Relevant Qualifications/Certificates
🔸 Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Vehicle & Comprehensive Car Insurance

🔹️Bonus Experience Preferred: Complex Tourette’s Syndrome, Anxiety Disorder, Epilepsy, BOCs.
🔹️Client Preference: Female support worker, under 50 years old, strong english is a must, availability for shift covers.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Strong work ethic and ability to commit to regular shifts.
✅ Flexible availability for shift coverage.
✅ Reliability and a proactive approach to care.

🛠️ SUNDAY PROJECT VIBES 🛠️

Felix got hands-on this weekend with a mower he picked up — and absolutely nailed it! 💪

Cory guided him through removing the heat shields and plastics, then showed Felix how to take off the pull cord assembly and check for a faulty spring. They also went over how to inspect and clean a spark plug properly.

Cory brought in a few tools from home to help make the job smoother — and Felix loved every minute of it! 🔧

To finish the day off right, they also took Bonnie for a relaxing walk around the block before dinner. 👣🐶
