CHALLENGING NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

Have you ever had thoughts like "why me", "no one likes me", "I am always doing this mistake", "I will never get there"?

📌 These are generalised negative thoughts that are extremely unhelpful and anxiety provoking.

Sometimes, our negative thoughts are based on assumptions or interpretations that are not entirely accurate.

❓Ask yourself if there is evidence to support your thought, or if you are making assumptions based on limited information.

You are welcome to use questions in the post for self-reflection and self-help to challenge your negative self-talk.
