Another great Conversation on the Couch!

We were recently joined by Charlotte from Sustainable Gardening Australia and Penny from City of Boroondara for a relaxed yet inspiring chat about creating natural sanctuaries at home.

From the best plants to attract birds and bees 🐝 to clever tips for balcony gardening, the session was full of ideas for bringing more biodiversity into our everyday spaces.

This week at Hester Canterbury, we welcomed wellness coach and meditation teacher Hilary Davis for a Conversation on the Couch session.

Her talk, “Curveballs to Calm”, reminded us how mindfulness can support our wellbeing — no matter where we are in life. Hilary shared powerful tools for staying present and even led us through a relaxing group meditation.

Our incredible residents have completed a remarkable 269 puzzles (and counting!). Each one carefully documented and then donated to charity to bring joy to others.

Right now, puzzle number 270 is underway! We love seeing the focus, teamwork, and satisfaction that comes with every completed masterpiece.
