Krystal Community Care (KCC) is expanding our team and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and community-minded Support Workers to join us across Melbourne’s western suburbs.

If you’re passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you!

What we’re looking for:

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS Check)

Police Check

Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Relevant qualifications (or a willingness to work towards them)

Life experience is highly valued, particularly supporting others or overcoming challenges

Reliable and caring nature with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work outside of school hours, including afternoons or weekends when needed
