Krystal Community Care is looking for passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Melbourne. 💙

If you’re compassionate, professional, and want to make a real difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you!

✨ What you’ll do:
✔️ Support NDIS participants with daily living skills
✔️ Assist with community and social activities
✔️ Provide personal care and medication support
✔️ Encourage independence and empowerment

✨ What we’re looking for:
💙 Empathy, patience, and great communication
📘 Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Community Services (or working toward)
🚗 Driver’s licence and reliable car (preferred)
✅ First Aid/CPR + NDIS Worker Screening
🗂 Strong organisational skills and reliability

Our community participation days are all about friendship, laughter, and new experiences! From outings and events to simple everyday activities that bring people together. 🌟

It’s about connection, confidence, and creating special memories. 🥰

Even with the wet weather outside, Steve made sure Tristan and Tom had a fantastic day out in the community.

🎮 A visit to Timezone for some indoor fun (and a little friendly competition!)
🛒 Then off to Aldi to build important budgeting and grocery shopping skills for the week ahead.
