I created this because of my mum 💛
Over the past few years, I’ve watched her lose strength, muscle, and some confidence in her body.
About a month ago, I went along with her to a group strength session with around 20 people, and it really highlighted how challenging it can be to keep up with the pace and stay on top of technique in that kind of environment.
Not because she didn’t want to be there, but because it wasn’t the right level of support.
And I know she’s not the only one.
So we’ve created something different.
Our Strength & Balance Foundations Program is designed for older adults who want to feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in their body, with the right level of support around them.
This is a small group, fully coached program focused on:
• Building strength safely
• Improving balance and stability
• Supporting bone health
• Feeling more confident in everyday movement
Everyone who joins will begin with a one-on-one session, so we can understand where they’re at and guide them safely from day one.
We’re starting with a come and try session on Monday 4th May at 10:45am, followed by an 8-week program starting Monday 11th May.
Spots are limited to keep the group small and supported.
