Introducing LIFT Sculpt Mobility 👏
👉 Our New evidence based class format.

Here’s Why.

Strength training helps you get stronger.

Mobility training helps you keep using that strength in real life.

And here’s the part that often gets missed.

Mobility is one of the most undertrained components of fitness, especially in group training environments where the focus is usually on lifting, cardio, or intensity.

Recent long term research published in the Scandinavian Journal of Medicine and Science in Sports followed more than 3,000 adults over 13 years and found that people with greater joint flexibility had a significantly lower risk of premature death compared to those with lower flexibility scores.

Other prospective studies have also shown that incorporating stretching and mobility work alongside strength training can reduce the risk of developing functional limitations as we age.

In simple terms:

✅ Strength helps you build capacity.
✅ Mobility helps you keep your independence.

This is why we are introducing LIFT Sculpt Mobility as one of the new formats you will see in our Friday LIFT Sculpt classes.

Each week, we rotate through different training formats to keep your body adapting while always working toward the same goal of building strength and improving function.

Designed so you can meet your strength needs while also improving joint range of motion, posture, and movement quality in the same session. 💪🤸

Between working two jobs, studying, training, and competing, she somehow found the time to write a book.

Unleash Your Warrior is her beginner friendly guide for adults who feel curious about martial arts and movement, but unsure where to start or whether they’re ready yet. It’s practical, honest, and built on the belief that strength is developed step by step.

A portion of the proceeds will go toward upgrading equipment for junior students in her martial arts community, which says everything about her character.

Summer hydration tip 💧 With the hot Melbourne days, extra steps, sport, walking, training and running around after family, it’s easy to feel flat even when you’re drinking plenty of water.

If you feel like you’re sipping all day but still end up tired, headachy or thirsty, the issue might not be how much you’re drinking.

It might be what’s missing.

Electrolytes like sodium and potassium help your body hang onto the fluid you drink instead of losing it straight away.

Here’s a simple way to use them.

✅ Normal day, light training, time at your desk
👉Add one tablet to your bottle.
You’ll get flavour and better hydration support without it feeling too strong.
