Where could you be after one year at Legacy? Just ask Danielle. 👇
After having her second baby, Danielle felt like she was doing okay. A short challenge helped her bounce back to her pre-pregnancy weight, but she still wanted more. She was looking for support, better nutrition guidance, and a way to feel stronger in her body.

“I felt like I needed more guidance, especially with food,” Danielle shared. “I wanted to push a little further, feel stronger, and understand how to properly fuel my body.”

Winter Wellness Recipe ❄️ | Salmon Amazeballs 🐟💥

Looking for something warm, nourishing, and satisfying to power you through winter?

Say hello to your new go-to: Salmon Amazeballs 🧡

These hearty little patties are packed with protein, fibre, and flavour, perfect for chilly days when you want comfort and nutrition. Bonus: they’re freezer-friendly and ideal for batch cooking, making your lunches a breeze all week long!

👩‍🍳 Here’s what you’ll need:

400g fresh salmon fillets (skin off)
600g steamed pumpkin
1 zucchini (grated + water pressed out)
1 egg
80g low-fat cheese
1 cup peas + ½ cup corn
1 red onion (finely chopped)
Spices: paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper
2 tbsp of any flour (to help bind)
¼ cup fresh coriander
Cooking spray

✨ How to make them:

Cook salmon (bake or air-fry) until fully cooked, then flake.

Steam and mash the pumpkin.

In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, salmon, zucchini, veggies, egg, cheese, spices, and flour.

Form into 6–8 patties.

Bake at 190°C for 20–25 minutes or until golden.

🧊 Freezer-friendly for up to 2 months!

Serve them cold with a crunchy salad or warm them up and pair with leftover roast veggies for the ultimate winter meal. Comfort, fuel, and flavour, all in one.
