Don't blindly trust your doctor!
Of course it's important to work with health care professionals that you trust, but trust shouldn't be blind.
You should trust them enough to answer your questions honestly.
You should trust them enough to hold space for you.
You should trust them enough to respect your decisions.
You should trust them enough to be able to adapt to your unique wants and needs.
You should trust them enough to make you feel safe.
That's the kind of trust we are looking for.
Trying to conceive, pregnancy, and birth can be vulnerable times. The relationship dynamic between a woman and her doctor / health care providers is of the utmost importance. Women should feel empowered while navigating these monumental life experiences. I'm here to help you with that. Not just on a superficial level, but true embodied empowerment, so you can be the mother you are destined to be!
Here's a helpful acronym for you to use:

R - what are the potential RISKS?
A - are there any ALTERNATIVES?
I - what is your INTUITION telling you?
N - what might happen if you do NOTHING?
S - what does your SPIRIT BABY have to say?
