What a beautiful evening we had together!
Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a special dinner, honouring the incredible community that has supported and grown with us throughout this year.

We are so grateful to Nige and the team from Now & Not Yet Café for preparing the most delicious Tamil Feast — the curries, the flavours, the love poured into every dish were wonderful. It’s grea that all proceeds from the evening are being donated to support asylum seekers and refugees.

We feel so proud of what has been created at Wellness by PP — a community that cares, connects, and shows up for one another. Sharing these moments with you is a such a joy.

4 wonderful years! I truly can’t believe how quickly the time has passed - and with each year, my gratitude for this community grows even deeper. To everyone who has walked through our doors, whether once or every week, thank you. Being part of your wellness journey is something I never take for granted.

To celebrate 4 years in Warrandyte, we’re doing something we’ve never done before — offering a 10-class pack for $200.

Join us for a nourishing 90-min Sound Journey on Sunday 17 August.
We’ll begin with a women’s circle, grounding into the space with a tea ceremony and journalling, before being immersed in a meditative soundscape featuring Crystal and Tibetan Bowls, Gong, and Chimes.

Held by the beautiful Jade, a devoted facilitator of women’s work, nurse, and sound healer - this evening is an invitation to soften, reflect, and return to your inner rhythm.

We are excited to host Osteopath Dr. Lee Hoogeveen for a 90-min Fascial Release Workshop on Sunday 2 March.

During this session, Lee will shed light on the science of fascia and provide practical techniques for releasing fascial restrictions - which can be incorporate into your practice, whether at home or in the studio.

Fascia is vital yet frequently underestimated component of human anatomy. This intricate network of connective tissue envelops muscles, organs, and joints, influencing everything from flexibility and posture to pain management and overall wellbeing.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, along with a richer depth of knowledge to enhance your practice and wellbeing.

Our dearest Molly is now on maternity leave and had her last day of teaching in the studio yesterday (for a little while)! We have loved being a part of her pregnancy journey and look forward to watching her blossom into motherhood. All the very best Molly - we look forward to another baby joining the Wellness by PP fam 🕊️

Whilst Molly is on maternity leave there will be a brief shuffle of instructors on the weekly schedule. Marley will cover Molly’s classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and Laura will cover Marley’s classes on Wednesdays.

1. Set Clear Intentions: Reflect on your health goals and prioritise what matters most to you. Whether you’re wanting to rehabilitate an injury, build strength, feel pain free, or have a calmer mindset; setting clear intentions keep you focused.

2. Start Small, Build Consistency: Small, consistent actions lead to lasting results. Whether it’s attending one class consistently every week, or working up to doing more challenging movements, making gradual changes is key.

3. Support your Body from Within: Nourish your body with whole foods, hydration, and manage stress. Remember, sustainable health is about balance, not perfection.
