Say hello to Simon, our new yoga instructor! 🖐

Here at Northern Allied Health we are always working to provide the best care for our community and we are very excited to announce that we will be offering Yoga classes from the 13th of February.

It is with great pleasure that we introduce Simon Fagnani!

Yoga teacher Simon will be joining our allied health space next month, offering 2 classes per week with his classes focusing on the benefits of movement, rebalancing and restorative principles of yoga practice.

Simon has been practicing yoga for over 8 years and has been teaching for 3 years now. He is a reverent lover of moving and creating.
When he is not teaching yoga, he runs his own business within the therapy space, predominantly supporting children with disabilities or delays.
He is currently completing a graduate diploma in counselling and in his spare time he loves cooking with friends and family, being out in nature and travelling.
Simon's teaching style centres around the cultivation of balance within the physical and the connection between the mind and body.
A yoga class with Simon will be soft, yet challenging, strong, fluid, mindful and restful.
Simon's aim when teaching yoga is to hold a safe space for people to explore and create a deeper, more profound connection to their own bodies.
Simon practices yoga as it gives him the tools to return to a state of balance, equilibrium and groundedness as well as aiding him to live more consciously and refine his ability to remain focused and aware.

Classes will run on Tuesdays at 6.30pm and Sundays at 10am.

Get in touch with us to find out how to book your spot!
