Seasonal Acupunture check ins were traditionally used to prevent any health problems. The local Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner would act to prevent any ill health in their area by utilizing regular treatments for the otherwise well citizens to KEEP them that way. Making affordable appointments available through community Acupunture is our way of helping our village stay well.
Our Autumnal sessions will be including seasonal adjustments to help the immune and digestive systems to be at their best.

These two opposites are easy to imagine in many scenarios but in Traditional Chinese Medicine they are not only intertwined they grow from each other. Yin provides the fuel for Yang to burn bright which in turn creates shadows and so on. When Yin and Yang are in balance there is harmony and health of mind and body. But as they constantly ebb and flow and feed each other the snapshot at any one moment will probably never be a perfect half and half. In treatment we aim to assist this balance. Sometimes an activity or a food can assist you to balance further after treatment. This is why we may ask you to walk by a creek or sit in the sun, to drink a tea or eat a fruit, to review thoughts or exercise. You have your health and your Yin Yang balance in your hands. Living with intention can empower transformation in many deeply felt ways.
