We're nearly done with the planter boxes outside. So far the plan is to cover the back fence with a climber like Jasmin, and whatever space is left will be used for herbs--definitely open to suggestions.

It's so cool to witness this space evolving, and shoutout to Suren (and many others) for helping us out

As Eltham Wellness Centre continues to develop, I’m happy to introduce Krishna, the fourth therapist joining our team. She is hosting an intimate 90-minute Cacao and Sound Immersion on May 2nd.

Great way to zen out on a Saturday evening, listening to beautiful sounds, on a comfortable bed with a blanket and cup of cacao in your hand. 🌿

The Experience:
☕ Ceremonial Cacao: Heart-centered meditation.
🙌 Personalized Reiki: Received individually and collectively.
🥁 Sound Journey: Shamanic drumming and crystal bowls.
