Any evening 6-11 pm $300 per hour + GST
We are committed to opening the PPCC service on Tuesday the 24th of Jan and our goal is to have the service up and going with a 'bonus' structure for the GPs who can get us to 1st March when we anticipate the service running 7 days per week 8 am to 11 pm based on the offers we have already provided to VR GPs (We do require slightly more cover so pleas share if you'd like to know more)
Between January 24 and Feb 28, we have put together a special offer BUT YOU MUST BE QUICK. this offer has already gone out to the network of GPs interviewed for the PPCC.
For clarity, the hours we are after covering are:
๐๐ผMonday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm with a 1-hour lunch break "normal hours"
๐๐ผSaturday and Sunday 8 am to 6 pm with a 1-hour lunch break "After Hours"
๐๐ผEvenings on any day from 6 pm to 11 pm with a 30-minute break "After Hours"
The service requires MBS funding to be viable, however, I propose that MBS is not part of this temporary incentive package though we still require the MBS to be billed for work done

We are ONLY working with VR GPs (19AB exemptions will likely take too long to process).
The public holiday hours on 26 Jan are considered 'after hours' hours in this offer:
Normal Hours $250 per hour + GST
After Hours $300 per hour + GST
๐Bonus structure paid in the pay cycle at the end of the bonus period (ending Feb 28, 2023)๐๐ช
These Bonus Offers relate to a GP being able to cover/work in each of the 5 weeks through the bonus period
๐$10,000 + GST for any GP who works 4 days per week (normal hours) during this period
๐ฅฐPro-rata for less - i.e., 3 days per week is $7,500
๐$5,000 for evening work for any GP who does 2 days per week in the evening times - the goal is to cover two evenings and these will be driven by availability and the preference of Maroondah ED
(We could go to 4 evenings in total if required)
These offers are 'first in and best-dressed basis'. To lock in your place, you MUST be able to start from 24 January onwards.
