😴 Respect the wind-down. Re-establish a sleep routine with calming rituals — magnesium, herbal tea, light stretching, or reading.
✅Align your body with a fresh perspective — use it. Ask: what felt good about switching off, and how can I bring more of that into my daily mindset?
