It can be incredibly hard and confronting to have to talk about it all to a therapist, and sometimes you can't even begin to understand what you're feeling or thinking, let alone explain it to anyone else.

Whatever your reasons are, we're still able to help you - in exactly the same way as someone who chose to talk about it - as this is the very nature of energetic therapy.
