We would like to welcome Dr. Leo who will be joining us on 2 February 2026 as a GP Registrar.

Leo commenced his clinical training as an intern in Latin America's largest hospital (Brazil) in 2008 and went through the surgical pathway through General Surgery and Gastrointestinal Endoscopy over 8 years of training. From 2016, he has pursued a joint PhD program with the University of Adelaide and Nagoya University (Japan) between 2016 and 2020 on endoscopic prevention for colorectal cancer and undertook interventional endoscopy training, focusing on endoscopic tissue resection techniques (i.e. EMR and ESD). Between 2020 and 2022 he did further interventional endoscopy fellow years with Austin Health. From 2024 he became interested in diversifying his career and, after doing further courses and passing the entry exams, from 2025 he started part-time as a GP registrar. Currently, he works part-time as interventional endoscopist at Austin Health, as GP registrar at The Glen Superclinic and at Oakleigh Barracks (Australian Army Reserves) as a medical officer.

HIs main interests are minimally invasive procedures (including implanon insertion/removal, skin biopsy and iron infusion), pregnancy and preconception advice and adult gastrointestinal disorders

The Glen Superclinic is glad to welcome Dr Matthias Woo who will be joining our team of excellent providers as an Osteopath from 3rd December 2025.
Dr. Woo sees patients on Wednesdays fortnightly. He speaks fluent English and basic Mandarin.
