3 days of yoga and meditation has actually left me exhausted. It was a Holistic experience of living off the land, no TV or music, back to simple existence, amazing vegetarian food, harvested from the land surrounding the retreat. Namaste 🙏to everyone I met there and to my family for allowing me this time to escape the Melbourne chill and connect with my sacred feminine.
