I can do the manual work, and prescribe the game plan but the magic happens when the client executes it, and Christine did just that and she’s seeing the results

You don’t “fix” pain by just stretching muscles.

You support the body by helping it feel safe enough to down regulate.

That’s where:
- Breathwork
- Strength training
- Sleep
- Myotherapy
- Slow nasal breathing
- Yoga

All play different roles.

Regulation isn’t about being zen 24/7.

It’s about being adaptable.

And adaptable bodies perform better.

If you’re a runner and you’re not training your hamstrings properly, you’re leaving speed, durability and injury resilience on the table.

Most runners are quad-dominant and don’t even realise it.

Your hamstrings help:

• Decelerate your lower leg before foot strike
• Protect your knee as fatigue sets in
• Drive hip extension (forward propulsion)
• Support your calves and lower back when kms climb

Weak hamstrings don’t just risk “hammy strains.”
They can contribute to calf tightness & knee pain

What to do:
• RDLs
• Seated/face laying hammy curl
• 45 degree hypers
• rack pulls
• deadlift etc
