Maeve adopts an integrative approach, combining evidence based nutrition, comprehensive screening, pathology and lifestyle factors to design an individual treatment plan targeted for success. As a Nutritionist Maeve can assist with a wide array of health concerns from nutritional deficiencies, gut health, fatigue, hypertension, immune support, insomnia and everything in between. Maeve is particularly passionate about weight management, body composition, sports nutrition and skin conditions however opens her service to all clients who are willing to work together to achieve a positive outcome in any aspect of health and wellness. Nutritional Medicine uses evidence based research to consider the impact of food and nutrients in relation to health and disease. It analyses the quality of food, its preparation methods and the balance of macro- and micro-nutrients needed by an individual in various life stages.
