Sometimes life has seasons where we need to keep going, this isn’t about saying no to everything…

it’s about noticing when you’re overextending, and where possible, acknowledging where you’re truly at and adjusting ❤️

We both regularly speak with women who are feeling stretched beyond what their mind and body can tolerate, experiencing different symptoms, although often with similar underlying patterns.

We’re passionate about helping women move forward 💕 To help, we’ve created a free workshop to share practical tools and guidance to support stress, hormones, gut health, and energy.

This is for any woman who might be going through a tough time, unsure why she feels the way she does, or simply wanting to feel more in tune with herself.

“Is this helping or hurting me?” It’s so simple but effective in many contexts, not just for questioning thoughts.

When you notice you start to feel contracted, heavy or sad and you’re caught in looping thoughts - pause and tune into the current narrative you have happening and question it.

How is this making you feel? And is it a good time to choose differently?

This is not to say we should bypass what’s a real perspective for us or avoid engaging in anything that stirs up those emotions all together.

But sometimes it’s as simple as noticing the energy a thought is carrying, the weight it has, and deciding if it’s just not helpful today (or perhaps any other day) ♥️

Mindfully catching ourselves when we are acting from a place of urgency, and instead choosing to give ourselves a chance to be in a state of peace, is a small but significant action.

It might at first feel uncomfortable if you’re not used to it, the body and mind need some time to fully believe it’s ok to let go, to be in the now and that not everything is as threatening as it might’ve once been. It can get rewritten though through processes like this, little by little x

If you’re considering reengaging with something that used to be harmful to your wellbeing…

Some questions to ask yourself might be:

Did I previously exhaust all options in trying to make [insert habit, relationship, lifestyle etc] work for me

Or

Is there something left to try / has something significantly changed or shifted which means X is a safe option for me now?

As always, its situation/context dependent but this can be helpful for catching out what might just be repeating a pattern all over again

Sometimes it means letting people down, or letting go of what you want now in order to have what you want most.

Greater wellbeing, more balance, resilience and moments of calm.

Hi, I’m Samara.

I work as a personal coach, to help people restore their health and wellbeing.

Some of my journey…

Since I can remember I’ve found myself spending my time learning about health, psychology, and how to improve our experience of life. This has led me to mediation, breathwork, days of silence, buddhism studies, cleanses, researching scientific evidence and years of my related education.
