A few weeks into the program, it’s normal for momentum to waver—but last night’s session was all about staying on course and keeping your eyes on the prize.

We explored the power of focus and shared practical strategies to stay consistent during the 6 weeks. These aren’t just quick fixes—they’re tools that help our participants build habits, strengthen their mindset, and make staying the best version of themselves easier for the long term.

Transformation doesn’t stop at 6 weeks. For many, this is just one chapter in a longer journey. By learning how to stay focused now, participants are arming themselves with strategies that will support them far beyond the program.

Just a couple of weeks in… and the momentum is UNREAL. 🚀

We’ve officially passed 45kg lost as a group, with an average body transformation of 4.49% — and several participants now entering the powerful 5–10% weight loss range.

But what we’re most proud of? The attitude shifts. The small daily wins. The “I can’t believe I just did that” moments.

This week, our legends reported:

🔹Touching their toes for the first time in years — legs straight and everything!
🔹Walking the dog on the street for the first time in three years 🐾
🔹Saying no to chips and wine during the footy (even though they were right there in the cupboard)
🔹Cutting out sugar and milk in coffee — switching to cream and fasting like a boss
🔹Keeping momentum even while unwell instead of giving up
🔹Not a single slice of bread in weeks… from someone who loves fresh bread 🍞
🔹Cooking healthy food not just for themselves — but proudly serving it to others
🔹Choosing movement — from daily walks to exploring Floriade 🌸

This week, our Level Up participants are exploring intermittent fasting ⏱️ — not as a rule, but as an optional tool to support their transformation journey.

We teach them how to approach fasting safely, as it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. Participants are encouraged to listen to their body and use their intuition while experimenting with fasting.

We’ve delved into the science behind fasting, exploring benefits beyond weight loss, from improved energy and mental clarity to supporting metabolism. Participants have access to plenty of resources to help them understand how fasting works, and we empower them to see if it fits into their lifestyle.

No one is forced to fast — it’s just another tool in their health toolkit, giving them options to create lasting, personalised results. Learning why something works and how to apply it in real life is what makes this program so empowering.

Last night’s Level Up Weekly Accountability meeting was all about mindset and how it drives results. 💡

This week we focused on “3 Key Energy Influences” – the things that impact our energy, our focus, and ultimately how we show up as the best version of ourselves. Energy isn’t just about being awake or alert. It’s about how nutrition, movement, sleep, and mental habits come together to fuel both body and mind.

So many transformation programs focus only on exercise or diet, but without understanding and managing your energy, long-term results can feel impossible. Our participants learned how to harness their energy, make intentional choices, and start each day from a place of strength and focus.

It’s a mindset shift that changes how you approach your goals – and why we always say, “Level Up isn’t just about your body, it’s about your life.”

This week in the Level Up Transformation Program, our participants are diving into our Systems for Success. 📝

In preparation for week 1 we've been mastering the fundamentals - from understanding the nutritional guidelines to learning all the little systems that make healthy living easier — weekly meal plans, shopping lists, daily routines — they’re getting set up for real success on the program.

It’s all about building habits that stick, making progress feel achievable, and giving them the tools to keep going long after the program ends. 💪

We love seeing them get confident with these systems — it’s the little things that make a big difference in the long run!
