The clinic closes early at 1pm on Extreme Fire Days and is closed on Catastrophic Fire Days in the interest of safety and in consideration of our brilliant locals Monbulk Fire & Rescue (CFA) who volunteer their time to help us when we are in need.

Another year in reflection…

This year has had its share of victories, one absolute miracle and its challenges.

Over so many years, I wish to pay my respects to all the beautiful, wonderful patients we have lost. l think of you often and we strive to make a difference however small. I sincerely miss those smiles, the laughter, the banter and your voices. I miss you.

Thanks to our wonderful, exceptional and caring team who care for all of our patients every day. Thank you for your dedication, thank you for caring for me on those challenging days and thank you for being there by my side. It means so much…

May 2026 be a good year to all of you and blessed with good health and happiness. We have some great news and look forward to making greater differences this year.

You may have noticed a familiar face missing around the clinic, our beloved Jordy has recently left our team to pursue her career as a paramedic in New South Wales. Jordy is highly qualified, incredibly dedicated, and we have no doubt she will make an outstanding paramedic. While we're so proud of her and excited for this next chapter, she will be deeply missed. Although she's no longer with us at the clinic, Jordy will always be a cherished part of our family. We wish her all the very best in this exciting new adventure.

Today I completed the last of 3214 pushups for mental health. Which represents the number of lives lost to su***de last year.

I hope this post is not lost to you and that you do check on a mate, or someone in need. We can make a difference and .

7 years down and 22,238 pushups later is a harrowing statistic. Let’s work together.
