Stress doesn’t just live in the mind – it embeds itself deeply into the body. We carry this burden , sometimes unconsciously for days, weeks even months until and unless relieved or acknowledged. Take Bus 404 from Footscray Station (Irving St) heading towards Moonee Ponds. 

On that route, some of the stops near 93 Ascot Vale Rd are (in order, as you travel east):

  • Epsom Rd / Ascot Vale Rd 

  • Edinburgh St / Ascot Vale Rd 

  • Ascot St / Ascot Vale Rd 

  • Canterbury St / Ascot Vale Rd (a little further east) 

🥾 Walking Directions

1. Start at Edinburgh St / Ascot Vale Rd bus stop.

2. Head east along Ascot Vale Rd (toward the city/Inner Melbourne direction).

3. Walk straight for about 150–200 m (just a few minutes).

4. You’ll reach 93 Ascot Vale Rd, which will be on your left side

The closest bus stops to 93 Ascot Vale Rd, Ascot Vale VIC 3032 and the routes that serve them:

Ascot St / Ascot Vale Rd (Stop ID 20230) — served by 404 (Footscray ↔ Moonee Ponds) and 472 (Williamstown ↔ Moonee Ponds).

Due to parking restrictions in the Ascot Vale / Showgrounds area being reserved for Permit holders during the Royal Melbourne Show event period ,  appointment availability may be impacted . It may take longer to get to your appointment and it may be difficult to park close by. 

Therefore , if you book in this period please be aware of this . I am happy to accept last minute cancellations  and refund your deposit .

Due to parking in the Ascot Vale / Showgrounds area being reserved for Permit holders during the Royal Melbourne Show event period , appointment availability may be affected . It may take longer to get to your appointment and it may be difficult to park close by.
