We are a passionate team of Medicare Registered Counsellors/Psychotherapists with extensive experience working within the complex field of mental health. Clients are matched with a counsellor that best meets their presentation and preferences. Our counsellors specialise

in working with children, adolescents and adults. We draw on the most up to date, evidence based approaches to mental health treatment in order to ensure the best outcomes for all clients. We work with individuals and organisations specialising in mental health and wellbeing. We draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness. Choose from Telehealth phone or video sessions as well as face to face bookings in our clinic. We offer a range of affordable payment options for eligible clients including medicare rebates. We are proud to offer support services to members of the le***an, gay, bisexual & trans/gender diverse communities.
