Good news for Victorian chiropractors, in his media conference just a few moments ago, Daniel Andrews has detailed changes to Victoria's COVID-19 restrictions including confirming that as of 11:59pm tonight all allied health professionals currently operating in metropolitan Melbourne will be able to resume routine face-to-face care subject to having a COVIDSafe Plan in place.

✨Kids backpacks are often always a pain....literally✨⁠
⁠
It's so important to make sure that when returning to school, your kids backpacks are fitted correctly to help minimise pain and discomfort caused by an ill fitting backpack. ⁠Unfortunately we can’t do this until further restrictions are eased (unless your child is in pain)
⁠
In the mean time you can follow these simple tips to help check their backpack position. ⁠
⁠
💥Ensure that both straps of the backpack are always on both shoulders and are padded. ⁠
💥Make sure the backpack is the right size for your child and no wider than their chest. ⁠
💥The backpack shouldn't be worn any lower than the hollow of the lower part of their back with all heavy items packed closest to their spine. ⁠
💥Pack only essential items, ensuring the backpack is no more than 10% of your child's weight and all zippers are done up. ⁠
