I’m going retro Michelle of 12 years ago for my

I used to be a raw food teacher- yes there was a course for that🤩

These energy balls are my modification of a couple of recipes I found online.

Cinnamon cashew balls-

1 cup roasted cashews
1 shredded coconut
1 cup dates
Pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbs almond butter
Cinnamon- as much as you like

Coconut, strawberry balls-

2 cups shredded coconut processed in food processor
1 tube condensed milk

I want to start by saying how truly grateful I am for everything you’ve taught and shared with me through the Nurture and Nourish program until now.

Your guidance, care, and the depth of knowledge you bring have meant so much to me .

I’ve overhauled every way I see food and diet and I’ve taken away lessons that will stay with me literally forever.

SLOW DOWN THE MOVEMENT💪

I’ve been working on being more intentional in my reps. Slowing down the negative phase of the movement (3 seconds) and a pause.

This makes the muscles work under tension longer and creates a great foundation for when you increase the weight.

What I’ve found with myself and my clients is when you’re only focusing on the weight lifted, you can down grade the repetition and lift poorly, with less form.

I am all about safety and technique and doing the minimum amount of work for maximum gains.

So slow down, focus on form and you’ll love the growth you get, muscle definition and above all progress safely and effectively.🥰

Weightloss coaching in action.

This client started the program with a lot of stress and rules around food and eating.

Today’s call highlighted just how far she has come with her mindset and beliefs around food.

She is stepping into her power when it comes to weekends like Easter and realising that she is in control.

She is so much more relaxed around food and has adjusted to her diet beautifully and is dropping fat and reshaping nicely.

Looking internally at your thoughts and actions is nearly always a factor at succeeding in losing weight.

Your thoughts go with you wherever you are so it’s a great idea to learn what makes you do the things you do if you want to lose weight and keep it off.

This client mentioned how the things she has learnt, she is applying to other areas of her life as well.

Semi private session-45 mins of work on 5 exercises.

We call the first 2 exercises the indicator exercises.

Indicating our strength increases each week.

Even one repetition increase each week indicates we are getting stronger.

Just when you think you can’t do 1 more rep, you find it in you to do it the week after.

These sessions are totally for you if you like a challenge and love getting the best out of yourself each week.

Term 2 is starting on the 20 th April and there are 2 spots available for Tuesday 7:30 am.

Even if you already go to a gym, this 1 session a week will teach you more about lifting than you have learnt in a lifetime ( speaking from experience )

Yifat joined BodyVision 3 years ago.

She had never trained in her life.

She was very weak.

She started where she was and has been consistently showing up week after week.

She is so much stronger now.

Bench press- 10kg bar- 38.5 kgs x6

Hip thrust- working up to 100 kgs

Squats- working on her depth and technique which was compromised due to ankle and hip mobility.

Yifat is amazing in her dedication and health outlook.

A HUGE congratulations to Ivana for her consistent effort in showing up for herself, learning how to fuel herself properly, diet off the fat and maintain her new weight!

HERE IS IVANA'S EXPERIENCE WITH MY WEIGHT LOSS COACHING PROGRAM-

I joined Michelle's program initially because of weight gain, but my biggest frustrations were actually persistent afternoon headaches, low energy and joint aches and pains.

I thought I was eating well, however I was still gaining weight and feeling terrible.

Michelle was able to work with me and support me to make the right changes.

She took the time to understand my lifestyle and helped me identify where I was going wrong.

With her guidance, I started meal planning, food prepping, and understanding what I actually needed to fuel and nourish my body.

Over time, the changes I made felt sustainable and natural, something I could genuinely maintain.

Within weeks, things started to shift.

The more I ate the right things, the faster the weight came off, and I noticed real changes in my body and wellbeing.

The program hasn't restricted my life, it's taught me how to live it better.

I'm fuelling my body and brain properly, feeling confident in how I look, and feel less stressed too. This program has genuinely worked for me.

The psychology behind every client is different but also same, same as there is a common thread in the patterns of thinking for many women.

I’m not good enough

I can’t stick to anything

I fail all the time

Why bother, I’ll just go back to my old habits…..

Etc, etc

A 40+ woman has her own little monkey sitting on her shoulders telling her blah blah blah.

This client felt like she was letting me down by not doing everything 100% and I had to point out all the great things she has already implemented in her daily routine and eating habits.

She started at 83.5 kgs so she IS doing a great job.

That’s why coaching is great for weight loss.

It keeps you accountable to someone when you worry and overthink and wobble and are tempted to give up.

Follow the plan and lean on the coach when you need to.

This is the get lean phase of this client’s journey.

When she reaches her goal, she will be taught the strategy behind staying lean for life without rebounding.

And all this from the comfort of your own home😍

Body Vision is a Boutique Health & Fitness studio in Bulleen, Melbourne. It is a one stop shop for all your training needs as well as nutrition, emotional and mental support for women especially over the age of 40.

Classes include Pilates, Barre Fusion, Toning, Circuit, Semi Private and Personal Training.

Michelle offers Wellness Coaching and Self Development programs as well as Nutritional programs all under the EAT TRAIN LIVE umbrella.

These Programs are designed to support the client to get the best outcome for their needs, their goals and their life, addressing limiting beliefs, obstacles and sabotaging behaviours in all areas that are holding them back in life.
