Our strength training programs run to school terms.
We push hard and focus on getting stronger as the weeks go by.
After each program we have 1-2 weeks of recovery.
Sometimes it’s lighter weights and body weight sessions, sometimes it’s pilates and other times it’s pure stretching.
This time it is stretching and mobility.🙆♂️
We are all feeling the effects of winter, the tightness and tension from the cold months.
We need a stretch!
After 2 days, the body feels lighter.🤩
It’s a reset for mind and body and next week we start term 3.
Deload week commences - higher reps and lighter weights and then it’s progressive overload for the rest of the term.
