At James Vivian Dermal Therapies, we believe our initial conversation is just as essential as the products and treatments. It allows us to listen to your skincare concerns, assess your skin, review your current skincare routine, and discuss treatment options. We value long-term client relationships, so delivering the results you want, while ensuring your health and safety, is our highest priority. Just like any good conversation, the talking isn’t one-sided. We ask you questions, we listen to your thoughts and we find solutions that work for you. Once we’ve had our chat, we put together a treatment plan that lets you know what we think will work for you and how much it will cost. We’ll also let you know if you should expect any discomfort or downtime, although many of our treatments involve little or none of these. From there, it’s entirely up to you—no pressure, no obligation.

Our clinic dog, newest family member and love of all of our lives is now forever immortalised (twice) on our clinic walls thanks to two exceptional Chrissy gifts from the team.

Next time you’re at The Porehouse and Wales/Wally isn’t home, you’ll have two different works of art to fill the adorable sausage-shaped hole in her absence.

Victoria, Tors but *never* Vicky, this ball of hilarity and joy has been at The Porehouse for a few years now and is responsible for making sure the treatment rooms are just as comfy as you’ve grown to know and love. ⁠

You may have seen her darting through the clinic of a morning prepping the space for all the facials to come. ⁠
⁠
Without her, the space would be less organised and certainly less funny. ⁠

After completing her Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science LC worked across the beauty and dermal worlds and has since embarked on her Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics) to gain a deeper understanding of the skin and everything that comes with it.⁠ Go LC, go!⁠
