It allows us to listen to your skincare concerns, assess your skin, review your current skincare routine, and discuss treatment options. We value long-term client relationships, so delivering the results you want, while ensuring your health and
safety, is our highest priority. Just like any good conversation, the talking isn’t one-sided. We ask you questions, we listen to your thoughts and we find solutions that work for you. Once we’ve had our chat, we put together a treatment plan that lets you know what we think will work for you and how much it will cost. We’ll also let you know if you should expect any discomfort or downtime, although many of our treatments involve little or none of these. From there, it’s entirely up to you—no pressure, no obligation.
