Our mission is to provide the highest quality of childbirth education to assist you in achieving calm, safe and gentle birthing, and to support the mental and emotional wellbeing of parents, babies and children beyond birth. It is so normal to feel excited, but at the same time a bit scared or overwhelmed, and have fears about birthing and what is ahead of you. On a deeper level you know that birth is special, it is sacred, and part of your desire is to birth peacefully and joyfully, to bring birthing back to the relational, empowering and joyful experience that it can be. Valuing your birth preparation time now, supports you and your baby for a lifetime, as it will optimise your birth experience being a positive one. It was my own experience of giving birth which inspired me to become an advocate for birthing and to help parents have a more balanced, authentic and meaningful experience of birth and beyond. Begin the foundations of your birth education with my Free How to Have an Amazing Birth Course where you can deepen your understanding of birth, fear, trauma and how to avoid it, learn 5 tips on how to have an amazing birth, see and hear gentle birth experiences and come away with ideas on what you need to be thinking about for your birth planning. If you are pregnant and wondering when you should be starting your childbirth classes?

There is no set time, however from 20 weeks on is recommended. We find most parents like to start their HypnoBirthing preparations between 20 – 35 weeks.

The earlier you start the better, as you have more time to practice and enjoy all of the benefits that these techniques bring yourself and baby, not only for birth, but to have a relaxed calm and optimal pregnancy too.

It was great to be able to practice some calming exercises. Watching those positive birthing videos and how each woman went about their surges was also lovely to see!

Hi I’m Meagan, I am a part of a growing movement, revolutionising birth and supporting the reclaiming of a Woman's inner knowing. To understand her powerful connection to her instinctive birthing body, and understand the choices available to her during birth and beyond. Ultimately, for Women everywhere to have an informed and empowered positive birth experience, as well as a healthy mind body & spirit in her life beyond.
