From the moment she was referred to us by some of our beautiful clients, Margaret jumped headfirst into her Reformer Pilates journey and has never looked back.
She took on the 2025 Winter Challenge with full force, stepped confidently into non-beginner classes and said YES to every fun activity we threw her way… especially our iconic Wine & Whinge night 🍷

Margaret’s presence is always felt in the studio. Her energy, honesty, humour and willingness to give everything a go make her such a joy to have in our community.
In a relatively short time, we’ve watched Margaret navigate many life changes — retirement, injuries and all the ups and downs life can bring. But the most beautiful milestone of all has been witnessing her personal growth, strength and confidence continue to shine through.

A huge congratulations to our beautiful member Marlene!
Marlene first walked through our doors at our 2025 Open Day having never tried Reformer Pilates before… and what a journey it has been ever since.
After a challenging end to 2025 and retiring from a demanding career, Marlene made the decision to start putting her health first. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

Over the past few months, she has been doing the work:
✨ Locking in her weekly Pilates classes
✨ Stepping outside her comfort zone and adding extra sessions
✨ Learning to slow down and truly listen to her body
✨ Exploring both group and 1:1 Breathwork sessions
✨ Prioritising Remedial Massage and recovery
✨ Shifting from constantly doing… to simply being

Today we celebrate the incredible Claire on achieving her 100 Class Milestone 👏✨

Claire is the true definition of hard work, perseverance and determination. Living and moving through chronic nerve pain is no easy journey and requires an incredible amount of grit, patience and resilience every single day.
Alongside long hours of shift work as a leader within the nursing department, family life and grandma duties, Claire still shows up consistently for herself week after week.

Attending 2–3 Pilates classes each week, alongside time in the pool, Claire continues to invest in her physical, mental and emotional strength — proving that progress isn’t always about perfection, but about continuing to move forward no matter the challenges.
