One of the fastest ways to shred fat is to do TABATA training. It takes 4 minutes! Pick an exerscise that involves big muscle groups for example, squat press. Then proceed to squat press for 20 seconds then rest for 10 sec, repeat 8 times. Done! Try it out it's hard but worth it!
